Marriage Registration-Compulsorily

In  India Government has taken the decision to make the marriage registration compulsorily, but officer like,  In charge, Clerk, Officer or   Registrar not executing the marriage without taking the bribery, because of procedure of  registration is too lengthy.  So, I wish that  procedure  for marriage registration  should be safe and  freely for execute by the Civilian of India. And, at the time of Registration of Marriage only following  items should submit by the Civilian of India, so He/She  can execute the marriage.

(1)..Certified copy of Birth Certificate of  Bride and Bridegroom 

(2)..Certificate from the Priest

(3)..Two Witness with his/her Identity proof

(4)..Joint Photograph of   Bride and Bridegroom

(5)..Stamps be paid as per the Law
